ORDERING

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours from when your order was placed by following the link in your confirmation email.

Can I edit my order?

(For example personalisation, adding/removing products etc.)

It is not possible to edit your order once confirmed. However, you can cancel it up to 24 hours from when your order was placed by following the link on your confirmation email. You can then make a new order with the correct details. (Please note that we are unable to cancel/amend orders via our customer support form).

If you were unable to cancel your order in time please send an enquiry via our Customer Support form and we will be happy to assist.

Can I change my address?

It is not possible to self-edit your address once your order is confirmed. However, you can request an address update within 24 hours of placing your order by using the Customer Support form.

Personalised Love Island Bottles

With a slim design and a sleek, white matte finish, the Official Love Island Water Bottle is now available for fans in Australia & New Zealand.

They come with a lid and a flip straw for use with cold drinks, and an anti-slip silicone sleeve (bumper) to protect the base of the bottle. 

Are your bottles BPA free?

Yes! Crafted from food-grade materials, this BPA-free and non-toxic water bottle is safe for everyday use. 

How big are the bottles?

The bottles are 750ml capacity. They are 33cm tall x 8cm in diameter.

Are your bottles dishwasher proof?

No - please ensure that all parts and hand washed only. No responsibility will be taken if the bottle or its attachments are put in the dishwasher.

How do you know you have an authentic Love Island bottle?

If your bottle is authentic it will have the Official Love Island logo on the base.
