How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours by following the link in your confirmation email, filling in the support form or sending a message to email@example.com. After 4 hours this will not be possible.
Can I edit my order?
(for example personalisation, adding/removing products etc.)
It is not possible to edit your order once confirmed. However, you can cancel it within 4 hours by following the link on your confirmation email, filling in the support form or by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can then place another order with the correct details.
Can I change my address?
It is not possible to change your address once you have confirmed your order. Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is available to all areas of Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery of Bottles and Love Handles will normally take around 3 weeks for Australia Metro areas, slightly longer for New Zealand. However, delivery times may increase during periods of high demand. We will keep you notified should delivery dates change. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Sunglasses will normally be dispatched within one working day. Delivery times for Australia Metro areas are up to 7 - 10 working days from date of order.
How much does delivery cost?
There are no additional delivery costs for products delivered within Australia.

AUD $10 delivery will be charged per order for products delivered to New Zealand.

Will all my items arrive together?
Bottles and Love Handles are dispatched together, however Sunglasses are sent from a different location so will arrive separately.
Each bottle is printed individually in batches according to position in the alphabet. If you order more than one personalised bottle, each one will be produced and dispatched separately, so they may arrive on different days.
Are your bottles BPA free?
Yes! They’re made from 100% BPA free plastic.
How big are the bottles?
The bottles are 740ml capacity. They are 25.9cm tall x 7.2cm in diameter.
Are your bottles dishwasher proof?
Yes, our bottles can be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher. However we recommend wiping clean with warm water and soap. Do not use bleach to clean the bottle. Always securely screw on the base before filling the bottle and please do not fill the bottle with hot or carbonated beverages.

What can I use my Love Handle for?
Love Handles have many uses. They can help you hold your phone one-handed – perfect for writing messages and taking photos. You can also use them as a stand for your phone when watching videos and other media. Love Handles are also fantastic for keeping headphone cords tangle free.
What will my Love Handle stick to?
Love Handles adhere to most types of phones, tablets, and cases. Silicone, leather, waterproof and some highly textured cases can sometimes be tricky though.
How many times can I stick and re-stick my Love Handle?
You should be able to re-stick your Love Handle a few times when you are first applying it, however once it is in place it should not be moved.
Where should I position my Love Handle on my phone?
It depends on how you plan to use your Love Handle. A central or high position is good for texting, photos and cord wrapping. If you are using your Love Handle as a media stand try moving it closer to the edge of your phone.
How big is the Love Island Love Handle?
The Love Handle is 4cm in diameter and 0.7cm deep. It expands to 2.3cm.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Personalised bottles are not eligible for a refund or exchange as these are specifically made to your requirements.
Non-personalised products (Sunglasses and Love Handles) that are unused/unopened can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days. You must contact us here (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a returns number before sending.
Please return the item/s to the address provided and we will process the refund once we have received your item. We would recommend sending your item to us tracked or signed for and to always keep a confirmation of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reach your account. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges.
The initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item is non-refundable.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on any used items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Within 30 days, we can replace products or refund your payment, depending on your preference, if we find that your product is faulty. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to reach your account
Between 30 days and 6 months we can send you a replacement item. If no suitable replacement is available we will refund your payment.
After 6 months we are unable to offer a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we are unable to replace or refund products that have become damaged or faulty due to accidental damage or general-wear-and tear.
