  3. Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Refund and replacements

As personalised items are created specifically for you, we are unable to replace or refund for reasons other than damage or fault.

Your personalised product is eligible for a full refund (including initial delivery charge) or replacement within 6 months of purchase if it is found to be faulty/damaged only. Please be aware that this excludes minor damages due to general wear and tear.

The full returns policy is as follows:

  • Up to 30 days from purchase, you will be offered a refund or a replacement product
  • From 30 days to 6 months, you will be offered a replacement product if one is available. If we can’t couple you up with an exact replacement, we’ll process a refund for you.
  • After 6 months, unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements

Please contact us at and we will respond as soon as we can. If your item is faulty please send us a photograph of the damage and we will order a replacement or process a refund for you.
