Personalisation takes a bit of time but it's definitely worth the wait! Thanks for your patience.

Please note, the below terms relate only to Love Island Water Bottles.

Where do you deliver to?

Delivery is available to all areas of Australia and New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

Personalisation & delivery times will vary. You should expect your order to be delivered within 10 to 20 days from when you placed it.

These times will increase in the lead up to Christmas.

You will be advised in the Love Island Shop when the cutoff date is for Christmas orders.

Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or Events Outside of Our Control for which We will not be responsible.

How much does delivery cost?

Within Australia

1 x bottle = $10 delivery

2 x bottles = $15 delivery

3 or more bottles = $20 delivery 

Delivery is via a tracked service.

Within New Zealand

AUD $15 delivery will be charged per bottle for orders delivered to New Zealand.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Orders will only be delivered to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. ITV accepts no responsibility should an order not be delivered as a result of an incorrect delivery address provided by you at the time of purchase.

 

Import Duties

You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes for international delivery destinations. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined or in which they are used. We will not be responsible or liable if you break any such law.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

NON-FAULTY ITEMS

    1. Personalised Bottles are eligible for a replacement ONLY if they FAULTY on delivery. We are unable to replace bottles that have become damaged due to accidental damage, general wear and tear or if you don't like the look of your name in the Love Island font.

    2. When purchasing a personalised bottle through the Love island Shop you must check the look, colour and spelling of your name to ensure you would like to proceed to purchase.

    3. Once proceeding to check out, you acknowledge that you are happy with how your name will appear on your bottle. The files from the name generator are used to personalise your bottle, this is an automated process.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

  1. Personalised Bottles are eligible for a replacement ONLY if they FAULTY on delivery. We are unable to replace bottles that have become damaged due to accidental damage or general wear and tear.

  2. When purchasing a personalised bottle through the Love island Shop you must check the look, colour and spelling of your name to ensure you would like to proceed to purchase.

  4. If your personalised bottle was damaged or faulty on delivery please send a photo or video, including the cardboard box and the bottle, along with your name and order number to loveislandshopau@itv.com with the subject "Faulty Bottle". We will then contact you regarding a replacement bottle.

  5. If your bottle arrived faulty, you have two weeks from receipt to contact us and then the items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you received them.

  6. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.

  7. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  8. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

  9. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reach your account.
